Bug Description

From the softpedia review:
http://www.softpedia.com/reviews/linux/Phatch-Review-71656.shtml

"I've played a little with the actions and at a certain point I tried to use "Convert Mode", to change an image from RGB to CMYK colour code and the result was an error, telling me it can't save the file as png, because I selected CMYK. I clicked on "Ignore", to see what happens. I tell you, nothing good happened! The result was a file that could not be opened!"

This requires three actions:
- if a save operation fails (=raises an IOError), the corrupted file should be removed
- in the error dialog box 'Ignore error' should be replaced by 'skip to next action' as that describes what Phatch does
- CMYK should be automatically converted to RGB and a warning should be logged
