spaces in labels not escaped in fstab

Bug Description

We turn spaces in labels into spaces in the mount point name under /media. These need to be escaped in /etc/fstab; according to fstab(5), '\040' works.

  * Escape spaces, tabs, newlines, and backslashes in fstab according to the
    procedure described in getmntent(3) (LP: #38224).
  * Use labels rather than UUIDs if they exist (LP: #320871).
