Some Java libraries are still built with kaffe, these should be upgraded to building with default-jdk.

* debian/control, debian/rules: Use default-jdk to build (LP: #403489) jre-headless | java2-runtime- headless
* debian/control: Moved cdbs, debhelper and ant to Build-Depends to satisfy
the clean target
* debian/control: Set runtime dependency for libconcurrent-java to
default-
* debian/control: Set section to java to comply with latest policy
* debian/control: Added missing dependencies on ${misc:Depends}
