Update to 2.27.2

Works in lp:~robert-ancell/totem/ubuntu expect for the requirement on libgdata (http://live.gnome.org/libgdata) for the youtube plugin. I don't know if this is packaged for ubuntu and there already is a libgdata package from evolution-data-server.

This bug was fixed in the package totem - 2.27.2-0ubuntu1

The changes look good to be uploaded, doing that now, libgdata will be synced from debian later and then we can build the option
