Please sync new package sqliteman from Debian NEW queue

Bug Description

I will co-maintain sqliteman in Debian. The package has entered the NEW queue about two weeks ago. Waiting for clearance in Debian to request a sync for Karmic looks a bit tight, so I thought I'd rather file the request now.

I can prepare an otherwise identical 0ubuntu1 version if necessary.

Oh, I forgot that of course the Debian NEW queue does not publish the files for easy download. http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/s/sqliteman/sqliteman_1.2.1-1.dsc is what my sponsor uploaded.

I will attach the 0ubuntu1 dsc and diff.gz files since I assume that will be necessary. Please grab the orig.tar.gz from mentors.debian.net.
