every bug is reported in different package! but stacktrace seems to be the same crash.

when i reported the bug the first time i came across > totem Bug #175272 [invalidated due to lack of info]
second time i had the crash > the bug got reported in gstreamer-* ! Bug #410923

other bugs >
totem-gstreamer crashed with SIGSEGV > Bug #195810
totem-gstreamer crashed with SIGSEGV in mms_connect() > Bug #377710
totem-plugin-viewer crashed with SIGSEGV in mms_connect() > Bug #351496

are all dups of Bug #195810 ?

why is apport reporting them in the wrong packages ?

Same thing here. In Firefox Totem just freezes up and the process sometimes hangs so I have to kill it from TTY1. Before I installed the gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad package, totem didn't die, it just never tried to load the stream.

Among the streams I'm trying to watch is this: http://www.nrk.no/nett-tv/klipp/564089/

FWIW I can't remember the Totem plugin in Firefox ever working on MMS-streams.
