Bug Description

Wireshark will not capture from USB until libpcap's usb bus path is changed to /dev/bus/usb. The old path is /proc/bus/usb. In Karmic, the usual mount commands won't create a /proc/bus/usb.

Uploaded, I just changed the DebianMaintainerField to match new rules. I also removed mention of that change in changelog, since it is superfluous.

Please forward that patch to Debian after making sure it applies to them as well. Thanks !
