Bug Description

Tried a build and it works with debdiff:
https://edge.launchpad.net/~asac/+archive/sandbox/+files/commons-vfs_1.0-3ubuntu1_1.0-3ubuntu1.0.asand.diff.gz

according to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/JavaTeam/LibraryPackaging you shouldnt use -builddep unless you build -gcj packages - which isnt the case.

  * debian/control: Build-depend on default-jdk rather than
