.deb file is not associated with anything

sounds like we are probably missing a mime type assignment

I *think* there is three parts to this:

1) Setting the mime type for the filemanager
2) Setting the mime type for FF
3) Adding gdebi to our install

(1) Is already done via mythbuntu-default-settings

This bug was fixed in the package mythbuntu-meta - 0.46
