Bug Description

Downloaded the weekly .deb, but neither Firefox nor the file manager know what to do with it.
9.10 beta combined fe/be install.

sounds like we are probably missing a mime type assignment

I *think* there is three parts to this:

1) Setting the mime type for the filemanager
2) Setting the mime type for FF
3) Adding gdebi to our install

(1) Is already done via mythbuntu-default-settings
