debian-installer (20081029ubuntu73) lucid; urgency=low

  * Remove all traces of lpia, which is being decommissioned (see
    https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/mobile-lucid-lpia-future).
  * Move to 2.6.32-7 kernels.
  * Belatedly update Canonical copyright dates for 2009 (LP: #448647).
