Bug Description

Edubuntu (and possible others) have a mechanism that allows easy adding of addon CDs with gnome-app-install.

Its run via "gnome-app-install --addon-cd=/cdrom". This needs to be ported to software-center.

(Answer from mvo: "Adding" a CD means setting it up as a repository. This might last only as long as the CD remains inserted, or it might persist so that later installations prompt you to reinsert the CD.)
