Bug Description

Binary package hint: partman-iscsi

After performing an install to root on iSCSI, the initramfs cannot find the root partition:

ALERT /dev/disk/by-uuid/... does not exist. Dropping to a shell!

At this point the network interface is not up, and iscsistart does not appear to be present in the initramfs.
