Fair enough, it does seem better than "Gnucash can track finances in multiple accounts, keeping running and reconciled balances. It has an X based graphical user interface, double entry, a hierarchy of accounts, expense accounts (categories), and can import Quicken QIF files and OFX files." I'm just not sure whether this is a bug report or a feature request.

I got a lot of grief from my local Linux User Group, when I dismissed
gnucash as a Quicken style application when I was looking for small
business accounting software. I've finally converted to gnucash and I'm
quite happy.

I think it would be a feature request, if there was no package
description. Since the description is there, but inadequate, I'd call
it a bug. I do not really care. I do hope that "better marketing" will
induce more people to make use of gnucash.

Ok, so I'm gonna mark this as "Confirmed", I think devs don't need any more information in order to work on it.
