This fixes the 1990 year style usage of limited buffer that was causing that bug.

(of course a full rewrite, to at least check more for error condition, or just use dynamic buffer would be nice, but this is a one liner fix for now)

Limcore says this makes the application unusable, so as this is a universe package, I'm marking it Medium priority.

This bug was fixed in the package kerneltop - 0.8-2.1

---------------
kerneltop (0.8-2.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Increase size of mapfile line buffer from 128 to 1024 (closes: #607309,
    LP: #486218). Thanks to Marcin Szewczyk for the bug report.
