files/utils.h: needs #include <cstdio>
theres a const change needed in exult.cc too, maybe some linking problems too

fails to build on lucid, attached debdiff

exult (1.2-14ubuntu1) lucid; urgency=low

  *10_const_char.patch: fix assign from strrchr call with const argument
  *15_util_include.patch: files/utils.h needs to include cstdio, fixes
   FTBFS (LP: #499508)
