Bug Description
Binary package hint: k9copy
I'm using Kubuntu 9.10 and K9copy (Version: 2.3.3-0ubuntu1) to convert DVDs to xvid. Problem: In the German translation of k9copy there's a misspelling in the encoder options for mencoder (see attached image). This makes it impossible to change any mencoder option manually. I can work around this bug by switching the application language to English, then the misspelling disappears and mencoder options are accessible again, so I guess it's a translation specific Bug.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start k9copy
2. Switch language to German (well, Germans can omit this step)
3. Go to Einstellungen -> k9copy einrichten -> Encoders
4. On the Video/Audio tab mencoder is misspelled as "nmencoder"
5. mencoder options are not accessible
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Translations in Ubuntu are handled by the Ubuntu Translations project, so we are going to move this bug report over to that project.
