From the update pack of 29/01/2010 the X menu becomes unresponsive when you click on it.
Like if you run the command xfce4-popup-menu.

Confirmed on Lucid. This is a result of changes made. An easy way to get the menu to work again is to right-click the menu, left-click properties, click "Use custom menu file:". It should have a selection for 'xfce-applicati ons.menu' .
