Binary package hint: netbook-launcher-efl

The applet that allows the user to go to the netbook-launcher screen from a running application is missing. An error on bootup suggests the applet is broken or missing.

go-home-applet is not installed and not seeded under armel currently. i belive this is because it has a hard dependedncy on netbook-launcher which would pull in a lot of unused packages.
