Binary package hint: knetworkconf
ifupdown has now integrated WPA management into /etc/network/
However, KDE's network config tool does not currently allow management of it.

Confirmed. Not sure how easy it would be to extend knetworkconf due to perl-based backend (bundled older version of gnome-system- tools). Maybe we should get new kde-guidance applet instead.
