Lang packs are not installed, although I had Internet connection during installation

Bug Description
Binary package hint: debian-installer
Testing Lucid Alpha 3 ISOs (Kubuntu Alternate i386)
Although I had internet connection during the installation and chose Spanish as language, the lang packs were not installed.
I will attach the installer logs

Internet was fine throughout the process. No lang pack for english.
