ffplay rtsp://ra.universal-music-group.com/motor/video/dykheppner_wirsindwir.rm

According to DaveDavenport on #mpd this is a ffmpeg problem.

fixed for ffmpeg 0.6. If someone can identify the change that fixed this, please tell me the revision to nominate it for the 0.5 series
