get_all_keys gives an extra item

Bug Description

Hi

In Walrus when I call

s3.get_all_keys()

it returns me always simething like:

[...,...,...,<boto.s3.prefix.Prefix instance at 0x87089ac>]

this item is quite unuseful because containts only
['CommonPrefixes', '__doc__', '__init__', '__module__', 'bucket', 'endElement', 'name', 'startElement']
and name attribute is empty.

Each time an iteration over keys is needed it forces to discriminate this odd item.
