"Featured Applications" untranslated and untranslatable

Bug Description
Binary package hint: software-center
The "Featured Applications" string shows untranslated in my Spanish desktop, and can't be translated because there isn't in the Launchpad template:
(returns no result)
I attach an screenshot to illustrate the problem.
