nvidia-glx boasts unnecessary dependencies

Bug Description

Binary package hint: nvidia-glx

"nvidia-glx" incorporates some userspace tools, like `nvidia-settings`, linking against gtk2. Since many users don't need this program at all, and may be using Kubuntu (which does not require gtk2 to be installed at all), they are forced to install an additional 4 packages they do not need. As this is a bad thing imo, I suggest splitting "nvidia-glx" in two packages in the future, with one providing the files necessary for the proprietary nvidia-drivers to deliver hardware-accelerated rendering, and one containing the userspace tools, in a package named sth. like "nvidia-glx-tools" or so.

Hardly worth the effort. There would have to be three different versions of nvidia-settings...
