vlc player controls are not in correct position when in fullscreen

lucid ships vlc 1.0.5.

for karmic, we can probably backport to karmic-backports

It's not fixed in 1.0.5 anyway. The patch has not been back-ported to 1.0-bugfix. I suspect it cannot be cherry-picked straight.
