Bug Description

The generated menu cache file is not always accurate.

For example, on Lubuntu, the synaptic desktop file is the KDE one.
It also not always takes the translation available of some desktop files, especially in preferences menu.

It seems that menu-cache doesn't read /usr/share/locale-langpack where translation from main are stored.
