Bug Description
Binary package hint: ant
the current ant version in lucid is 1.7, while Debian unstable already has 1.8. I would like to see ant 1.8, packaged as ant1.8, in lucid (like the ant1.7 package in Debian). The package ant1.8 conflicts with ant and ant1.8-optional conflicts with ant-optional.
Newer software already requires ant1.8 for building, the change for openjdk-6 is planned for the next upstream version. It would useful to have this ant version in lucid as a build tool.
