Bug Description
An instance of ami-41604a35 on c1.medium went straight to 'terminated' state.
INSTANCE i-78be080f ami-41604a35 terminated ec2-keypair.
aki-616f4515 is ubuntu-
I reported this bug on instance in same availability zone/ instance-type and ami launched minutes later.
there was no console output for the instance.
