@Evan, you just need to click on "Also affects project" and paste the URL for the upstream bug into the box. Many thanks for the link.

nope, both Maverick and Lucid are following the stable channel.
The fix is only in trunk and in the dev channel (both M6). Hence, it's not fixed in the beta and stable channels (both M5)

I guess i can try to backport the fix in maverick, but i'm not sure it will qualify for a SRU in lucid-updates.

@fta, will Maverick ship with Milestone5 series?

it will ship with whatever milestone the upstream stable channel points to at that time.

Looking at the releases in the past it seems they release a new version every 3months or so.

Attached is an updated backport of the fix I made some time ago for the
Debian package. I didn't include it, and probably I will never include
it, because we haven't this bug. Feel free to use it.

Cheers,

Thanks for the patch (I had to adapt it slightly though).
It's now in the Beta Channel PPA, and i've just sent it to the Stable Channel PPA.
I will update Maverick shortly.
As for Lucid, it will have to wait for the next upstream update as updating Lucid involves a SRU and a lot more testing.

I'm using -proposed and the buttons are on the left for me, but they are still Chromium-specific, not like the system theme. I don't know if this is intended or not.

Josh, to use the system theme, you need to adjust Options/Person Stuff accordingly.

The buttons are on the left with the package in lucid-proposed.
