Bug Description

Binary package hint: rsync

The rsync init script only warns when the RSYNC_NICE parameter is higher than 99 which is wrong. The maximum nice level is 19.

It seems completely reproducible. Patch works fine. I'm setting this to confirmed.

This is fixed in the version in Precise (3.0.9-1ubuntu1) and Quantal.
