Bug Description

I'm requesting packaging for the DITA Open Toolkit. DITA stands for the "Darwin Information Typing Architecture," and the toolkit is a set of Java-based, open source tools that provide processing for DITA xml content. DITA is an open standard developed by IBM, and is the most widely-supported XML syntax for professional topic-based technical authoring. The website for the DITA-OT is here: http://dita.xml.org/wiki/the-dita-open-toolkit

The only current Linux distribution to package the DITA-OT is OpenSUSE. It is not currently packaged in Debian. Information on the DITA-OT in OpenSUSE can be found here: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=dita-ot&project=openSUSE%3A11.2

The DITA-OT is licensed (at the user's election) under the
Common Public License v1.0 or the Apache Software Foundation License v2.0, and the.source files can be obtained here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/dita-ot/files/

CPL v1.0: http://www.opensource.org/licenses/cpl1.0.php
Apache SF License v2.0: http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.html

More important would be to create an installable package that integrates the catalog/dtds similarly to how "docbook-xml" is currently available. Package should be "dita-xml" and installable via apt-get.
