Bug Description

mkclean is a command line tool to clean and optimize Matroska (.mkv / .mka / .mks) files that have already been muxed. It reorders the elements with the Cues at the front, so your Matroska files are ready to be streamed efficiently over the web. It also removes elements not found in the Matroska specs and the extra Meta Seek list of Clusters that some program add to their file. It can also optionally remux the Cluster blocks to start each boundary with a keyframe and the matching audio/subtitle blocks for that keyframe.

With webm as the upcoming star on the free web containers, this is a very useful and needed tool to help users publish their content on the net.

I would not advise to package mkclean yet for two reasons:
1. It is under rapid and unsteady development and can not yet considered stable.
2. It is based on libebml2 and libmatroska2 which are both also not yet release ready.
Packaging it this early would probably lead to a bad user experience.

If anyone is interested, i have published the latest build in my ppa at https://launchpad.net/~kampka/+archive/multimedia
