Bug Description
Binary package hint: network-manager
this bug is similar to others reported, such as #289584, except networking is disabled forever after a resume from hibernating.
It seems:
NetworkingEnabled is set to "false" in
/var/lib/
and unless changed to true manually, networking never works again, no matter the amount of reboots or options changed, and no option to re-enable networking appears in the network manager applet...

Also affects me on Fujitsu-Siemens SCENIC E600 (intel built-in LAN and PCI 3COM905) both cards are spontaneously disabled.
It's a total show-stopper for me.
