Please merge freevo 1.9.0-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Merge from debian testing, remaining changes:
    - debian/control: Replace Depends on mplayer with xine-ui.
    - debian/scripts/freevo: Fix argument handling.

  * Switch to dpkg-source 3.0 (quilt) format
