Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

When hovering over icons in the launcher, I propose that X-GNOME-FullName is preferred over Name from the .desktop file. Since the only other content there is an icon, more context is better when figuring out what will happen when I click the icon.

By way of example, the empathy icon is not the clearest (the telepathic bubbles between heads). Hovering over it only says "Empathy", which doesn't really mean anything by itself. Using "Empathy IM Client" would be more clear. This also has the side effect of matching what the normal Desktop GNOME menu shows.
