I am preparing a workaround for LP: #599248, which causes sentinella to FTBFS in Ubuntu Maverick.

There's a far simpler solution, see my closing comment in LP: #599248. And btw, there are other ways to turn svg into xpm (such as inkscape > png > imagemagick.

This bug was fixed in the package sentinella - 0.6.2-1ubuntu1

    Build-Depend on libmagickcore2-extra for icon generation, as Ubuntu's

And now it's FTBFS. As far as I can tell, the only Build dependancies that have changed inbetween my test-build and now are:
* kdebase-workspace (I'm putting my money on this one)
* libdbusmenu-qt
* gtk+2.0

Yes, kdebase-workspace removed (at least) two symbols that sentinella depends on.

I waiting for my PPA to finish a test of my patch.

Hi

The patch I added to Sentinella in my PPA seems to work and I will generate a debdiff for the official package tomorrow.

I have attached the patch I added to debian/patches/ to make it build, in case anyone experienced a similar issue or is interested in having a look.

0.6.2-1ubuntu2 has been uploaded, but I forgot to reclose this bug in the changelog, so I am doing it now manually.
