Bug Description

When building a rootstock image using the command line:

rootstock --keepimage -l ubuntu -p ubuntu -f ubuntu --seed=lxde --serial=ttyS2

...the script fails to create /etc/init/ttyS2.conf

This is with Ubuntu 10.04 and rootstock 0.1.99.3
