nut-snmp cannot talk to netvision ups because of upstream bug

Bug Description

Binary package hint: nut

The current release of nut-snmp driver released with lucid is unable to talk to netvision upses because of a known (to nut devs) bug which is corrected in their development release.
This is the patch that corrects the bug:
