pbuilderrc manpage doesn't mention that quotes are needed around multiple components

Bug Description
Binary package hint: pbuilder
When using pbuilder with cowbuilder, it's necessary for cowdancer to be downloaded during the step:
sudo cowbuilder --create
Because cowdancer is in universe, this means adding an extra component to your /etc/pbuilder/
However, using the line:
will fail with a message that the universe command cannot be found - because this value is space-delimited, it is interpreted as two separate commands. The man page should be changed to show the value in quotes:
