Bug Description

Bug Description:
When the system resolution is changed to 800x600, and the emulator is ran, the emulator window is pushed down out of visible area. This leads to a situation where the bottom portion of the emulator is not visible.

This is a specific issue that only happens because the emulator resolution is the same at the monitor resolution.

Probable reason:
The task panels of Ubuntu and title bar of emulator window, are pushing the window downward, leaving reduced visible space for sugar.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set the system resolution to 800x600.
2. Start the emulator.
3. Some portion from bottom in Sugar is not visible.

Sugar is opening in fullscreen mode when I set the screen resolution to 640x480 (Running Maverick). Besides, the -f option will always run xserver-xephyr in full-screen mode, which is an unexcepted behaviour (If I wanted to run Sugar in full-screen mode, I would start it via gdm).

When considering rejecting this patch please consider the target audience -- 1st through 3rd graders.

1) From a usability Point of View logging out and logging back in may be a viable option for adults, that is no longer appropriate for children.
2) When discussing expected behavior -- the expected behavior for applications targeted towards young children is to open full screen to remove unnecessary distractions.

You made a good point. Maybe we should create two desktop entries: one for full screen and one for not full screen?

add a desktop Icon for Sugar-emulator labelled "SUGAR-Full screen" and add -f to command line properties
Use Education/sugar from menu for normal windowed sugar
