Looks like I might need to fix that sed command to get it working better on OSX

Could you try this?

After untarring the tarball, can you replace your configure.ac with the one attached here, and tell me if that solves the problem for you? If you can, I'll get it committed and released ASAP.

Hello,

Same error. Note that it occurs whether or not I pass the --prefix flag to configure. I get the same error either way :(

Note that I'm pretty sure the version of sed that ships with Snow Leopard is from FreeBSD; I wonder if you can reproduce the problem by trying on a FreeBSD machine?
