Bug Description

Please sync libcgroup 0.36.2-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

We are requesting a Feature Freeze Exception because this fixes an
important bug which prevents libvirt from launching virtual machines
when libcgroup is installed. The bugfix is included in the newest
debian package, and the Ubuntu package has no delta on top of the
Debian package. Therefore, sync'ing the newest Debian package allows
us to both fix the bug and keep completely sync'ed with Debian.

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The package was first created in Ubuntu. It was then pushed into
Debian, and has since been updated in Debian but not in Ubuntu.

Changelog entries since current maverick version 0.34-0ubuntu2:

Would it be deemed more appropriate to submit the one-line (IRC) fix
as a standalone bugfix for maverick, and then do a sync request for
N+1? Or is following the freeze exception deemed more appropriate?

Well, that's up to you (and the release team). If there are good reasons to pull in this version, then do so.

If there are important bugs fixed by this, please file for an FFe. The release team is generally accommodating, but the sooner the better.
