Make initial screen translation-friendly

Bug Description
Binary package hint: checkbox
When loading checkbox, the first screen the user sees shows an image with the Ubuntu logo and the "Hardware database" text.
That particular text appears as a bitmap on the image and it is thus not translatable. Such text means nothing to non-English speakers.
Please consider either removing it or showing it in a way that it is translatable. Thanks!
