ImportError: No module named listirqinfo

Listirqinfo is available in ffado-mixer-qt4, suggest moving it to ffado-tools and make ffado-mixer-qt4 depend on ffado-tools.

Confirmed, well originally reported in #524702 for Lucid, but this report has more details. Re-confirmed just now on Maverick as well.
