Bug Description

Currently connman plugins are built separately, but debug logs does not work in this setup. Plugins should be built in to connman binary instead. Makes it a lot easier to debug problems.

I pushed a branch lp:~kvalo/connman/bug-628135 which builds all plugins to the connmand binary. Let me know if you prefer a separate branch instead.
