Bug Description

This is an add-on for Mozilla Thunderbird which notifies you of new mail messages via Ubuntu's standard notification system and the Messaging menu. Once a new mail is received, the Messaging menu's icon turns green and a notification pops up. The Indicator Applet also provides quick access to your contacts and allows you to compose a new message.

There's an existing package in a PPA, the maintainer is responsive (thanks Ruben!) and the work brings Thunderbird into line with best practice for desktop apps in Ubuntu. The requested new package is fro Universe, so no main inclusion report or review is required.

Ruben, can this bug be closed? On a recent install (trusty and above), Thunderbird integrates just fine with indicator-messages in the default install.
