Bug Description

Split off frrom bug 66567:

It should be possible to include one or more tags in a search, to find bugs that match all of those tags.

On the advanced search page, this could be implemented as a "Tags:" field. In any search field it could also be implemented as a "tag:" operator, for example "theme tag:crash tag:sabdfl".

It may make sense to fix bug 81575 (no way to search for the absence of a tag) at the same time as this bug.

The advanced search already has a "Tags:" field. It might need to be
more visible, though.

The advanced search form, looks for ANY (logical OR) of the provided tags. The original report (bug 66567) asks for the ability to search for ALL (logical AND) the provided tags.

This is a prerequisite to get the full benefit of the fix for bug 66841.

It would be very helpful for bug management to be able to explicitly include (logical AND) or exclude (logical AND NOT) tags. Google allows users to specify a "+" or "-" operator, e.g. "+tag1 -tag2". Could this be implemented for the advanced search's "Tags:" field?

I'd like to second (or third) that motion. When using multiple tags we need the ability to filter in the query. I do that in Google all the time.

The plan is to add an additional field, immediately next to the 'Tags' field, which allows the user to select between inclusive or exclusive search on tags. The field will default to OR, as will the absence of the field's value in the query portion of the URL so that we continue to serve saved search urls correctly.

An extra field? Why not radio buttons?

I have, in fact, used radio buttons. This is just terminology (an extra field rendered as two radio buttons).
