Kubuntu 6.10 RC: Arts Error after kde startup

Bug Description

Binary package hint: arts

after kde startup, the computer still stopped per some seconds until the following message appears "Sound Server fatal error: cpu overloading, aborting", window error mensage from arts.

The first time that it occurred it was in livecd, and it persisted until the end of the installation, spreading it the installed system. My lspci result is:

I have exactly the same problem on Edgy.

I have the same problem and audio chipset as the first post. I uninstalled for now.
