Bug Description
When viewing images or the about:blank page, the background has bands of yellow/green gradient instead of white.
This problem first occurred in 1.99+2.

The culprit turned out to be the Browse Images extension (which got upgraded at the same time as Firefox).
Sorry for the noise.
