motd claims superior command line experience, doesn't say how

Bug Description

Binary package hint: byobu

When I logon I get a tip:-

"For a superior command line experience, enable Ubuntu's text-based window manager:"

But it doesn't say how. I note from /etc/update-motd.d/55-window-manager that it should probably say "byobu-enable" after that, but it doesn't.

(of course I also question the reason for telling me about byobu when I am already using it - but you know about that in bug 680657)
